Dressage 2.0

Dressage New Brunswick is pleased to announce the first in a series of seminars to aid in inspiring a holistic approach to our riding pursuits. Our first Listen and Luncheon series will focus on fitness issues specific to the equestrian athlete. Tara Daye will discuss the various fitness issues unique to the equestrian athlete and provide us with exercises and tips to improve our riding fitness.

With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and on a mission of wellness, Tara Daye is focused on improving people’s everyday movement and living, creating sustainable healthy eating habits, and instilling proper exercise routines and frame of mind for her clients.

Tara is the Manager of Afterburn Performance Center in Rothesay, NB, is certified as a PRO TRAINER for canfitpro, a Personal Training Specialist, Tara has worked with a diverse clientele including Professional Equine riders, those with amputations, post-physio injury recovery, CP, Scoliosis, Frozen shoulder, MMA fighters, Volleyball, Soccer, Hockey, Baseball players, and pre & post-natal clients. As well as coaching and training clients, Tara is a successful competitive body builder in her own right. Having experienced first hand the role of fitness and exercise in good mental health. Ever increasing her fitness tool box, she is currently training to becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritionist.


We hope to see you on February 23 at 12:00pm at the Nutrien Civic Center in Sussex.

This will be an interactive class so please dress comfortably and with athletic footwear.

The fitness session will be followed by a light luncheon.

To participate you must be a DNB member.

Please RSVP to DNB before Feb 15 as it is important we know how much space is needed and to plan for the luncheon.
